This project consists of a full home renovation, including selective demolition and preparation, new framing and layout modifications, complete electrical work with recessed lighting, fixtures, switches, outlets, and appliance connections, plumbing rough and finish work, drywall installation and finishing, priming and painting throughout, installation of new flooring including polished concrete in basement or slab areas and new flooring in living spaces, full kitchen renovation with new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, appliances, and all required connections, full basement build-out with lighting, flooring, and finished living space, installation of trim, doors, and finish carpentry, final adjustments, jobsite cleanup, and debris disposal, with all work performed in a professional manner and in accordance with applicable building codes.
