This project involved the complete construction of a custom elevated deck with stairs, designed for durability, safety, and low maintenance. The scope included new framing, concrete footings, pressure-treated structural supports, composite decking boards, and a custom stair system with wide treads for comfortable access. We installed wood posts with modern black metal balusters to create a clean, contemporary railing system that complements the home’s exterior. The finished deck provides a strong, weather-resistant outdoor living space with improved access, enhanced curb appeal, and long-lasting performance.
